Welcome to the Rwanda Public Health Association (RPHA) ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, digital services, publications, and any related content (collectively, the "Services").
RPHA is a professional association of public health practitioners established by Ministerial Order N°04/08.11 of 09/01/2012. Our mandate is to promote evidence- informed public health practice, advocacy, research, capacity building, and collaboration to improve the health and well-being of all Rwandans.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an institution, organization, or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
RPHA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, RPHA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, professional, academic, or informational purposes.
Users may submit content such as applications, feedback, research materials, or event participation data.
You retain ownership of your content but grant RPHA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for institutional, educational, and public health purposes.
All content on the Services is owned by RPHA or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
RPHA may accept voluntary contributions to support public health programs, research, and capacity-building initiatives.
All donations are used transparently to advance evidence-based public health action.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RPHA does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPHA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RPHA against any claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
RPHA may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
